mod_storage_s3: Note about data format change Pretty sure I had some uncommitted work somewhere that changed the order of components in the paths. Mapping archives is tricky as usual and definitively not final.

# To enable this module

Add `"http_prebind"` to `modules_enabled` on an anonymous virtual host.

This only works on anonymous ones for now.
