mod_conversejs: Make PWA options match documentation Keeps fallback to `name` because this is a common option used by e.g. mod_disco to give a descriptive name for the server itself, which seems a sensible default.

# About

This module allows using the [mod_csi_simple][doc:modules:mod_csi_simple]
setting `csi_important_payloads` (added in trunk/0.12) in Prosody 0.11.x.
